Osprey Lake Activities

New for 2013     (on Okanagan Lake)   

Sailing adventures on our Ericson 32 sailboat.  Come enjoy the thrill and excitement of our sailing charters.  Similar to all our other programs they are catered to the individual, sightseeing, wine tasting, anchoring in a quiet bay, a sunset cruise or a full catered lunch or dinner.  

Prices are reasonable and start at $20 per person per hour, (all food and drink are extra)

Minimum 2 people 2 hours. 

Max 6 people, 6 hours.

Moored in Penticton marina located at the south east corner of Okanagan Lake it is well known for some of the best winds on Okanagan Lake.  All cruises start out heading north up the lake towards Summerland or Naramata, but where we end up is totally up to you!

Participate in raising the sails, take the helm under the supervision of Capt’n Bruce who is a certified with his SVOP, MED A3 and PCOP papers or just sit back and relax enjoying the warm Okanagan sunshine and feel the cooling effect of the breeze on a nice hot summers day.

Come and mix a little bit of nature with beautiful local wines of Summerland, BC. The KVR leads right down to the mouth of the Bottle Neck Drive which nestles some of BC's top award winning wineries. Osprey Lake Retreat will shuttle a max. of 4 people back from any of Summerlands wineries. Check out the Bottle Neck Drive at www.bottleneckdrive.com

  Easy Rider Package
Example: You make your own way to Princeton (or Summerland) for pick-up, leave your car in Princeton. You and your bike get shuttled to Osprey Lake Retreat for dinner.
Day 2: morning fuel up at breakfast and cruise downhill 50 km. to Summerland.
Take a box lunch with you to keep your energy up.
Get picked up in Summerland and shuttled back to Osprey Lake for a gourmet dinner.
Day 3 morning: fill your tank up again, take another box lunch and hit the road for a 50 km. coast down to Princeton before heading home.
Price includes 2 nights double accommodation
2 breakfasts
2 lunches
2 dinners
2 shuttle rides for you and your bike
Price starts at $219 per person (2 to 4 people)

3 for 3 Package
You drive to the Osprey Lake Retreat and experience:
1 day of hiking or snowshoeing on local trails
1 day of biking or cross-country skiing on the KVR or other local trails.
1 day on the lake canoeing, boating, (ice)fishing or swimming depending on the season.
Equipment is supplied, (X-country excluded) accommodation and all meals supplied.
Price starts at $149 per person per day based on double occupancy.
